This 18-second high-low-high sample combines repeated excerpts from these recordings:

Edits: excerpts selected, converted to mono, resampled to 24 kHz,
volume adjusted, short fades and quiet gaps added, encoded as MP3.
Arrangement: crying at 0.08 seconds, quieter babbling at 4.5 and 9.2 seconds,
then a repeated crying excerpt at 13.5 seconds. The second babbling excerpt
is shortened to 2.8 seconds. Both crying excerpts share one target level;
both babbling excerpts share a lower target level.
The MP3 is packaged as base64 in baby-sample.json for browser playback.
The displayed level is illustrative, not a calibrated decibel reading.
This is a prerecorded website demo, not live audio from a NiNi device.
